Hi I want my boyfriend out. Even though we sort on share expenses nothing has his name on it. He has no proof he has paid anything. The only proof he has that he even lives there is his mail comes to the same address. He is listed on the lease as a resident but he is not bound by the lease only I am. I own the mobile home and pay lot rent and all utilities.

Um go the sheriffs office and request a court ordered removal. If you can't do that just go down the street and pick out the biggest guy you see, offer him a 20 and have him give the boot!

Have you asked him to leave? Give him written notice to vacate by x date (I would give him enough tome to find a new place) and if he's still there go throu formal eviction proceedings.
