Ok, there is a rampant use of drugs in what seems to be in just about every sport. Consider this:

Make a whole class of sports where it is a REQUIREMENT to be under the influence of something.

Evey athlete gets tested before the event, and if they are sober, they don't play.

It's not officially part of the rules, but it's a pretty safe bet that everyone involved in the X-Games is on something...

I'm not sure that weed counts as performance enhancing, but there you go :D

Dogbeball might be fun to play and watch while the participants are drunk, however they would not be able to dodge any of the balls so the game would be over too quickly
