Hi I would like to know if it is normal for my 8 year old daughter to have so much yellow discharge for a very long time? I have noticed that her vagina is always overly smelly even when she cleans herself! I have asked her if it burns when she goes to the washroom, and she said no, she said it doesn't itch or hurt at all, nor does she have any type of rash! Please help me ASAP! Could be a yeast infection, hot day , swimming, moist down there with tight bathingsuit. Contact you pediatrician immed.

I would have to say that yellow discharge is a sign of infection. Please contact your pediatrician today.
