Well hormones at that age are raging so this is usually not good for the complextion; don't worry too much it will get better with time. For now, it's important to eat healthy and drink a lot of water so that your skin can glow from the outside in. It is also important to develop a skin care routine which is consistent because flipping back and forth between products and methods is not good! In the mornings, wash your face with a non-comdegenic, oil-free, face scrub follow this with an oil free lotion(aveno products are great). At night use a cleanser that is also non-comdegenic and oil-free but use one that removes excess oil and makeup. Follow this with a toner and an oil-free lotion. It's important to remember to not over wash your face as well and not to use harsh products that contain alcohol; doing this will irritate your skin and cause it to produce too much oil which can cause breakouts... ahhh!

There are many reasons for oily skin, such as over active-sebaceous glands, heredity, stress or the use of oral contraceptives. Try using a mild cleanser or a cleanser designed for oily skin and apply a mild skin toner afterwards. If you use cosmetics, opt for oil-free cosmetics and creams.
