I have a new acer laptop computer. I was recently given a Epson stylus color 850 printer. I have no cord to hook the printer to the computer. Is it even compatible with each other and if so what do I need to make it work??

You have to buy the cable seperatly. Any decent electronics computer store can help you with that purchase. Just tell them that you have a new USB printer and you need a cable for it.

You might have to buy a LPT to usb converter cable from tigerdirect.com
