If a protective order has been issued in a domestic violence case, the other person who filed it against this party decides to have property of the issued person towed away, can she be in contempt or held responsible for it.

I would make arrangements for the other party to come get his property when either you are away or have people around to protect you. I would not dispose of the property without the court's permission.
