    Tax lien sale,probate
I have a judgement lien against an estate that is currently in probate, in Broward County,Fl. I have just learned that one of the properties of this estate, will be auctioned off in a tax lien sale within 30 days. The PR has filed a motion to stay the sale, but it is to my understanding that he will not be able to accomplish this. Am I correct? And if so,does my lien follow the property and become the responsibility of the new owner? How then would I go about collecting from them? I thank You for your response.

The lien will have to be paid, before new owners can obtain title to the property. You can notify the tax office of your lien against the a property, this will also cloud the title until you are paid.
