I am a 15 year old boy, and in the last few weeks have discovered a small lump on the inside of my penis. It I located on the left side just above the middle. It is very noticeable when my penis is erect however, it is very hard to locate when not erect. It seems quite hard when erect, but I feel no pain or real discomfort. I am feeling pretty worried about this, and would be grateful for some help.

No offense but have you been masturbating? If you do It could be the effect of continuous, vigorous, or tight masturbation.

Could also be a simple insect or cockroach bite.

It happens. And don't be too alarmed. It's most likely to be a blood clog in your penis. Could be from too much, tight masturbation or in the use of any medication to induce an erection. Your options are, to see a doctor, wait it out or when your penis is fully erected and you feel the lump. Gently massage the area. It will eventually feel as if the lump was never there.
