My ex to be and I are getting divorced. He's overseas somewhere and is supposed to be getting out of the military sometime really soon. I sent him the paperwork to sign, get notarized and mail to me. Is there a way I can just place an ad in the paper somewhere for 2 weeks to get it finalized? My oldest sister did that and I don't talk to her anymore so I can't ask her how she did it. Does anyone know whaat I can do? I'm tired of waiting. I have been waiting for a year and a half. I want to move on legally with my life. Thank you in advance for your help.

This happened with my ex and I only we both resided in KY. I had to get an attorney involved, and he didn't have to sign the papers. The divorce is finalized. Just talk with your atty about this. Hope iit resolves for you soon!
