My mp4 player has froze how can I get it back playing I have already let the charge die down what next?

Same problem with me... I have an archos 3Cam vision mp4 and it froze. I think it might be because I downloaded songs of a website could be a virus!!

I had that same problem with my mp4 player, but there was a reset button on the side of my. I had to use something like a toothpick or a needle to press down on it. So search on your player for a reset button. I hope it helps.
