Is it normal to have painful breast couple of day before period ? And after I get my period the pain go away. In addition sometime I feel to vomit too.since I've turned 19 or 20 I'm having this problem... why is that?

It is a normal hormonal reaction for some women to have swollen and tender breasts prior to menstruation, hence the term PMS (pre-menstrual syndrome). This can include the ill stomach feelings you are getting.
