What can you do to reset a jury trial as long as you can? I have a court appointed lawyer who does nothing to help. I bonded out last week and he told me that he would set it off for a year. Now he sends me a letter saying my court date is in a few weeks! What are some of the justifiable reasons to reset a trial?
