Is it up to the probation officer?
Hi Michelle, haven't given it up yet huh?
I doubt that it will be up to the probation officer, probably up to the judge.
I wouldn't risk it.
Really stupid idea.
Not really. Your PO would kick it back to the court and let the Judge decide, just like J_9 said. Is it worth that risk and possible consequences?
Well the PO would most likely revoke you on the spot for violatoin of your probation and also force you to do a real test on the spot.
After that you are held in either county jail or a probation center waiting on a court date. Then the judge decides what happens.
And most tests include something to determine the temp of the urine, so most attempts to fakeit, will never work
Yes, I know it is a stupid thought, but I just get so irritated that others get away with it and I can't. I would have too much to lose though, all the self-respect that comes with sobriety. Oh, I did give it up for 31 days, but then I indulged again. I wish I would not have started again though. So, now I am quitting again, with day no. 1 almost over, and six more months to go. Things could always be worse though, right, I could be living in a cave in Iran! So, stay tuned, I'll be rambling on in the months to come.Quote:
