I have had nothing but massive proublems with this one. I sent two post dated cheques for aug and they say its not accepptable. There wanting to garnish my wages for $53 where do I stand?? -Kanesangel

They are not required to accept post dated checks, you are lucky, normally they would just cash them anyway, regardless of the date on the check and 99 percent of the time they would go though.

And if they want to garnish your wages for real, they will have to take you to court and get a judgement, once they have a judgement, according to your state law, they can bascily get about 25 percent of your paycheck in most places
