Hello I need some help my baby's dad wants to give our son to an adoption he got full custody.can he just do that without my permission?cause I want to have my child back I am remarried again and my husband is in the army so we have all benefits to take care of my son.I don't want to agree in an adoption.so anybody knows if he can just do it without me agree on it?thank you

As long as you have not given up your rights he cannot do this without your permission.

I never gave up my rights but he did become full custody because I was arrested for a dui and while I was in jail he worked everything out that he can keep our son.now one year later he wants to give him to an adoption.do I have any chance to stop that and getting my son back?

Yes you do as long as you have not relinquished your rights. He cannot give the child up for adoption without your consent.
