I am 20 years old, married, with a 1year old and a 7 month old. I have been having symptoms of pregnancy. My breasts have gotten bigger and hurt a little, I have gained a lot of weight all in the belly area, I have discharge, I am tired all the time and hungry all the time. I am also having really bad moodswings and emotional outburtsts. But I haven't missed a period. My last period was only 3 days long and was really heavy and dark. (which is unusual for me) I thought I had felt movement, my mother, husband,and grandmother all felt it too. But I went to a clinic today, I took a blood test and a urine test, but they both came out negative. Of course I was upset, because I don't know what is happening to my body. (Although you would think I would know after having 2 children) I am also afraid it's that disorder that women get when they really want a baby, but I haven't been thinking about pregnancy that much because, I have been so consumed with work, and my kids. So I don't know what to think. I had went to the same clinic when I was pregnant with my first son, and they both said I wasn't pregnant, but 2 weeks later I took a pregnancy test, and it all 3 of them said I was. I guess my question is could I still be pregnant and if so, why didn't it show on the tests, especially since I am feeling movement?

Studies have suggest that having sex when the female is most fertile there is about a 25% chance of pregnancy occurring.. Increase this to 7 days around the date the female is pregnant and those odds increase to 35%. If I were you, I would get a second opinion.

Yes, get a second opinion especially since this is the same clinic that said you weren't pregnant last time when you really were. Of course if they did a blood test I would think that would be accurate. But in order to be sure and ease your mind get a second opinion.
