Generally they are great in the beginning. BUT, eventually (like you) someone ALWAYS wants more. Someone gets attached and the other person runs/pulls back.

They ALWAYS end WEIRD!! ALWAYS. I don't know a FWB that ends well.

Yup. I've only had one. We did the push-pull dance for over a year. (Not calling really does work, on both sides.) I think it's over now (I asked him not to call me anymore), but I wouldn't be surprised to hear from him again.

What do men think about FwB? Well, what do YOU -- a woman -- think about it? Someone you don't really want a relationship with, you don't really want to meet to many of your friends or family, if any. Who you don't really open yourself up to. It serves a purpose for a limited time, but it's probably not very healthy long term. You've got to ask yourself not how/why it started, but if it's still serving your needs. Your needs may have changed since the arrangement began.

It's a stupid expression, anyway. Friends with benefits would really be FRIENDS, and FRIENDSHIP is a RELATIONSHIP.

Lose this guy. It sounds like you are hurt already.
