    Trying to break my lease
I just recently moved to Florida and signed a year long lease. After getting settled I found out that I'm pregnant and would like to move back home to Ohio. According to my lease I would have to pay 4 times the monthly rent to break it. What are the laws in Florida? Is there an easier way out? I've asked my landlord if I could be let out of the lease, due to the decline in occupany I was told no. Thanks!

I'm not familiar with Florida, but I going to guess that the laws will support the landlords position, not yours. You signed the lease. It is not the landlords fault that you have had a change of plans.
