I installed a ceiling fan with light and the light works, but the fan doesn't. I have 3 way wiring going to the fan (red, black, Blue, and Ground) and just black, white and ground going to the box. ON the fan I have the black connected to black, white to white and the red is connected to the blue(light). I have hooked up the switch per their instructions, but can not get the fan to come on

How have you hooked the switch? Chances are your switch wiring is at fault, since black will either be switched hot or always hot.
