I feel pregnant as some of the signs I have but I have done a test 7 days before I'm due and it came back negative and I'm worrying in case it is all in my head as I really do want another baby.

I already have 3 boys but I have the desire to have another baby.

You tested too soon. You only have a 40% or so chance of testing accuratly at 5 days till missed period.. so it will be less at 7. you really need to wait until 1or 2 weeks past the missed period to get an accurate reading.. Sorry, I know it is hard, but waiting is really the only option. Good luck.
