    Squeeky dryer GE
How do I remove the housing on a ge dryer so I can check what is causing the squeak? I have read the articles by applguy and want to try to fix the squeak in my ge dryer.

Top load? With a putty knife push in between top and front panel in line with the edges of lid. Lean the cabinet front forward and lift it off. Disconnect sny bleach hose. Then remove2 screws and slide the cabinet top toward you. Disconnect lid switch plug before lifting it off. Good Luck
