You are pregnant and you can worry about anything right ? No it doesn't make any difference at all, it all comes down to genes and blood types and colour of eyes and hair and whatnot but nothing life threatening.

If you are positive, as Templelane suggests, there is no problem. The problem comes in when you are negative and the father is positive. If you both are negative there still is no problem.
