Eat dinner after 8:00pm, high calories high carborhydrate!

Go out to restuarants, restuarants always maintains biog portion of food and you don't want to waste it since u pay for it so u tend to eat more at restuarants.

Don't eat breakfast, eat a lot at dinner.

    No exercises!

    That advice was ridiculous.

Exercise will help you gain weight, remember that muscle weighs more than fat.

You must eat your 3 square meals a day to remain healthy.

Have you been to the doctor to have your thyroid checked? You may have a very high metabolism that is making you stay thin.

She wants to gain weight, I assume she wants to look bigger, no exercise make her look bigger! I am not kidding, I gain weight because of that, and I am still healthy.

HE wants to gain weight. Exercise can help put weight on.

Telling someone to skip breakfast is just bad and unhealthy advice.

He weighs 119 pounds, that is very slim for a man. Eat healthy, exercise, and get thyroid checked.

Eat bananas. Not calling you anorexic, but I know that most health professionals give anorexic people bananas because they are high in fats and stuff. Nuts also contain lots of fat. And do NOT miss breakfast (hopefully nicespringgirl was kidding when she said that) because it is essential to your health. I agree with J_9 about seeing your doctor. But good luck gaining weight:)

Consider consulting a nutritionist. My aunt's a nutritionist, one of the top in the country actually, and here's what she would tell you. Add essential fats into your diet, amino acids, omega-3, add weight training to exercise regimen, and up calorie and nutrient dense foods in your diet. Still stay away from sweets and high calorie, nutrient deficient foods. If that fails, consider nutrient supplement drinks, such as Ensure.

Also, look at what you are eating now. If you live on say, a Mountain Dew and McDonald's fries, you can conceivably be rail thin, but you'll also be malnourished.

How do you know that's a HE? I thought that is a SHE.
I am just telling the fact which will help gain weight, and I experienced it, maybe skipping breakfast is bad, but lots of working people really have no time for it. It's easy to gain weight this way, if she/he wants to see a result real quick.

Recent research has shown that bananas actaully helps reducing fat of your lower body(thighs).
