    Inmigration Law
Five years ago, my dad married a young woman from another country. She married my dad to stay in US. After five years of marriage, they have one child and she wants divorce and my dad scare that she going to have the kid. Can the immigration law revoke her green card and have her deported after five year of marriage? We love to have her deported not the child.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

What is her status? Does she still have a green card or does she have citizenship now?

In any case it doesn't matter, if she has the child they will not deport her. US Immigration will not deport a US citizen (the child) and they will also not separate a mother from her child. If you dad sponsored her properly for citizenship and she got a green card first and then became a citizen she can divorce him and in most cases remain a citizen.
