    Remedy for hair loss
Hi, I am 24 and have problem with my hair. It is a bit wavy and that's why I have been using hot irons to straighten it at times (not always). I feel my hair has become very brittle and I have been losing a lot of hair. I use Pantene "for strong hair" shampoo. Do advice me with some simple home remidies. Chao!

I use to use pantene also, but after years of using it,discovered it would leave a layer of buildup on my scalp. It is so thick and creamy that it is very hard to remove all this goop off your scalp. The result of this is breakage and dry hair, because all of your pores are clogged, and cannot breathe.I know what I'm about to tell you is not very good for your hair, but to remove all the goop from my scalp,I coated my head with vinager and scrubbed it with my nails. You would not believe the junk that was under my nails.I've started using Dove shampoo and conditioner. My hair feels much better.

Jan Marini Age intervention Hair Revitalizer is the first thing that has helped me in years for thicker hair. I suffered loss from a hormone deficiency and it has never changed despite seeing a hair loss specialist. This product give me volume (if I don't overuse it) and can regrow hair if not a medical condition (like I have) but it has done wonders for the people that referred me to it. It is not cheap, I buy it on sale at Skin Care: Jan Marini Eyelash, Dr. Schrammek Blemish Balm, Intraceuticals, Revitalash & more! Hope that helps!

There are many factors that can cause hair loss. Hair loss can be caused by genetic factors, certain illnesses or medications, diet, ringworm or hair products. It seems to me that the hair products you've been using could be causing your hair loss.

To prevent hair loss, try eating a balanced healthy diet. And try to avoid using hair products, such as straighteners, hot irons or chemicals. If your hair is dry or brittle, you should use a good moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. You should also do a deep conditioning treatment once a week to help keep your hair in good condition.
