I'm starting the program and I'm ready to go but was wondering if anyone has the schedule on how I should do the workouts? like which ones on what days how many time and such?/

Its not that hard doing a workout for basketball it involves a lot of running your going to have to lift weights, do sit ups, push ups, most likely your going to want to be in shape before you start you must shoot around EVERY DAY if you want your shooting skills to be good if you have any more questions don't be bothered to ask I am a 1st five starter basketball since my freshman year and I'm now a senior
