A stomach ache can mean a number of things. Is it like nausea, like you are going to throw up? Or like cramping? :)

Well having your period is very difficult. Try marking the date of when u have it so then u have an estimate of when you will have it every month.

It could be many things, impending period, diabetes, flu, indigestion, bladder infection, etc...
