Don't remember name or much of plot.. it was 80's movie... young man wants to save old theatre I think.. has a benefit movie or show... all kinds of weird characters show up... one in particular is dude with someone dressed up as a reefer joint... when intermission is taken the dude walks out with reefer joint walking out half smoked... :)help with name..?

No hard feelings right?. what I mean is cheech and chong is a movie about using drugs, smoking weed, etc. The movie I am looking for is not about smoking weed, but, there is a small scene in the movie of what I described. Thanks.
