I'm new to this site. I was contacted by mail about a balance owed
On an old learner's account from 22 years ago which was 400 now with interest is 1200.
The store I opened the account with closed and never sent me anything, I have never
Seen this on my credit report... now a collection company that just bought the debt is
Trying to collect... can they?
