I was looking up some movies that I wanted to see last night and I started thinking of movies I loved when I was younger. One movie I'm trying to find barly comes to memory. A movie about a part man, part machine. He doesn't have legs. He moves on a track platform like johnny5 from short circuit. He kind of resembles the borgs from star track as far as his costume goes. I think he's killed in a building at the end... can anyone give me a tip on this movie

It's possible that you're thinking of Eliminators from 1986, a flick out of the notorious B-movie factory Empire Pictures/Full Moon. It features Denise "Tasha Yar" Crosby, genre stalwart Andrew Prine, and Roy Dotrice. The character Mandroid can switch to a tank-track mode, a picture of which you can see in that link.
