I'm a 24yr old male recently started having unprotected sex with my partner and after 4days I've noticed 3red dots around the head of my penis and I don't know what they are... there's no irritation from them any help or advice would be great..

If the red dots are right at the opening, then I would go get it checked out immediately.

Don't freak out, it could just be some type of irritation to her vaginal fluids, or from friction. On the bad side though, it could be an STD or an infection. Go visit your doctor or a Uroligist ASAP. If it's herpes then they will want to get a swab on the bumps. Good luck!
