Don't touch it, and clean it with dial soap gently. Good luck :)

I got mine done 2 years ago, to tell you the truth I only cleaned it for the first week:P but Don't TOUCH IT, if you haven't washed your hands, don't put them above your neck:), and try not to change it often (even after the healing process), tea tree oil, and lavander oil help a lot in healing/swelling/pain etc.

10 drops oil to 15ml of warm water:)

OK... so don't use salt water. Or sea salt water. Or whatever it's called. It only dries it out and if you use it too much, it'll have a negative affect on your piercing instead of a positive one. Try H2Ocean. You can get it at hot topic, and I heard it works great. And tea tree oil.

so I heard to use that salt water stuff. I tried it today... if I only read this sooner. But the thing is I can't cure my infection. I'm getting really frustrated. I've had this tiny red bump next to it for weeks and it won't go away! Any tips guys? Please help. =/

For the infection tea tree oil does really help, but if it is bad enough you may need to go to a physician and get antibiotics. You also could be allergic to the jewellery, if you got it done professionally I'd go back to my piercer and get him/her to check it out, plus, they will have much better tips than most people on here.
