After I did not allow my tenant to stay longer than the 10 days after filing the writ of possession she trashed my house. I have arranged a time with her to go over the inspection on the 10th day (out of 11 days that the judge ordered her to leave my property) and she never showed up. The neighbors told me that she had a u-haul truck in the morning and she moved in a hurry to avoid our appointment knowing that she damaged my property. Long story short I have nothing on my tenants. SSN, driver's licence #'s and other info was not provided to me by her (she was always giving me a run-around) now I am not sure where she moved to. Although I know that she has been convicted and is still on probation I don't know what I should do. She still owes me 3 month of rent not to mention court fees, late fees and I think I have to file to damages also. Is there anything I can do to get my $??
