    91 Civic Engine Won't Turn
Yesterday I was cruising around doing my thing as usual and I came home for a bit to take a break. I had a meeting to go to and when I was ready to take off the car wouldn't start. Here's the rundown so far:

The car will click to high heaven but the engine won't turn.
Tried to jump start the car but it still wouldn't turn.
Pulled out the starter and got it tested. It dragged some but it still turned fine.
Tried connecting the wires to the starter itself (outside of the car) and had me turn the key. Starter did NOT turn.
Was going to test the battery but ran out of time and the automotive place closed so we didn't get the chance.

And that's all we managed to do before the Texas sunset axed our day. I'm stumped as usual and so is Mando at the moment so a friendly pointer in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. :D

. Clean battery terminals and cable connections.
. Fully charge/replace battery. You don't want to jump start batteries on modern-day cars, because of the potential to damage ECMs and alternators.

It could very well be just a dead battery--summer heat likely killed it.
