This guy is clearly into fooling around and basically being a player. Though you might like him, he seems like a player and he's sleeping with other people so maybe it would be best if you left that untouched. After all, if he slept with his friend just because, who's to say he won't do it to you?

I would say that this guy is lookig for a long term serious relationship, and if you have slept with all his friends then he probably feels that you are not that type of girl.
