    Possible Immigraion Fraud
Hello and thank you for your time.

Recently, I petitioned immigration for my sister with whom I have never been too close with as she is from another mother but we are from same father. When I started the procedure everything was great with us as we kept close touch until now that she has obtained, her immigration, she no longer wants anything to do with me and this is really affecting me as I feel that I was used and taken advantage of just for that purpose. I want to know if this can be considered fraud and if so, I can pursue and possibly have her immigration taken from her, she does not deserve it after all I did for her. I would appreciate your comments and answers.

You'll have to give more detials, what country? If it's the US has she only received a green card or is she a citizen?

    Hello Julia:

Yeah. There are small people in the world. How small would you be, though, if you snitched on her, and had her put in jail??

Also to add, it would be hard to show fraud in this situation, I don't think when you sponsor an adult relative they have to live with you once they have the green card. It would be hard to prove her intent was to fraud the system.
