Most teenagers will say they are smart enough to know when they are "truly in love".
Most older adults say they never experienced "true love" until they were over 40.

The feelings you have change with age and maturity.
What you are looking for changes with age and maturity.

Even though they are very different from each other, both are life experiences of love, passion, and desire.

Age maturity is all dependant on the person. Based on your experiences and your morals & what you were taught. It could happen early when you're in your teenage years or it could happen when you've aged like a good wine, say at 50. Love and life are mysterious things, so it all depends on the person.:)

People emotionally mature at different rates depending on their own life trials and experiences. Philly is right, your expectations and desires change as you mature and realize what is more important to you in a partner. It all depends really!
