I had a period on the 26th of June and then it went off on the next day. Now 20 days later I am bleeding again which started of as spotting then got a little heavy but not much. Could this be implantation bleeding? Could I be pregnant?

It honestly sounds like you periods are just a little messed up at the moment, which happens to most women at some time. But you never know. Implantation bleeding usually occurs around the time you would normally get your period, only much lighter. Wait until you are due a period again, and take a test, and good luck.

If you have been having sex, there is always a chance you could be pregnant. A little more info would help. When are you due for your period? How old are you? Are you on birth control?
