If I deposit a check in my account and after 6 days the bank says it cleared. Then I take the cash out then 2 days later the check comes back. Am I rsponsible for it because the bank cleared it. It was the only check and the only money that I had in that account.

The people who wrote you the check will need to pay you back, you have to pay the bank back,

This is very common in the 100's of check cashing cons going around, they use frauded checks, so they look like they clear, then when discovered as fake checks they come back, sometimes a few weeks latter.
But if the check does not clear, the money is not yours,

I was told by the teller at my other bank that because they cleared the check originally that the bank was responsible.
