When trying to sign in it says the problem is that my gateway is offline. I have tried everything but don't understand how to sort it.

Managed 2 sort it out!

I'm having the same problem. My firewall I know isn't blocking MSN or my web browser (which is also not connecting). I've pinged my Default Gateway, but it timed out. How do I fix this?

Can anyone tell me how to fix the above problem? Tks!
