Water leaks from shower head with diverter off
I have a problem in my master bathroom with the shower/tub enclosure have to high of water pressure. Here is an example: I turn on the hot water to full throttle then turn on the cold water increasing the water flow. Before I can increase the cold water to full flow, the water is coming out of the shower head at slightly more than drip pace. The same happens if I turn the cold water then turn on the hot water. This did not used to be like this. The other water outlets in the house have the correct water pressure(ie the other bathroom shower does not display the same symptoms). Even the sink in the master bathroom is okay. When I do turn the diverter on for the master bathroom the pressure from the shower is so great it blows the shower curtain up. I even switched the diverter from the guest bathroom to the master bathroom but had the same results. What is the issue here? Help please.

Just to make this a little more clear:

    1) Turn on hot or cold water to full( for this example lets say hot water is turned on first)
    2) Turn on the cold water... Before I can turn the cold water to full the water starts coming of the shower head.
    3) Pull the diverter to activate the shower, it blows really hard to the effect that the shower curtain starts to blow.

Now if I pull the diverter off(by unscrewing it from the tub and exposing just the copper pipe) and turn both cold and hot water on to full blast the shower does not activate but once I screw the diverter back on with out activating the shower. The shower head will start to drip water.

This doesn't seem to happen anywhere else in the house.

My water pressure was checked at an outside faucet around 75 with a water pressure gauge.
