Serious period pains on the first day of menstration
    Hi Guys,

I am 29 years of age, and very curious to find out as to why I have been for the past two years, going through serious period pains and heavy flow with scary looking blood clots on the first day of menstruation; then only to have less or no flow on the other three days of my cycle:( .

I would really appreciate you help with this.

    Thank you.

    Kind Regards.

It is possible you have endometriosis or possibly PCOS. Only your doctor can diagnose you properly. When was your last female check up? Did you mention this to your doctor?

It sounds like endometriosis to me as well. It is fairly common in women. I also suggest getting to your doctor, there are ways to help with the pain.

For endometriosis, you mentioned some of the common symptoms:
Endometriosis - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Im not so sure on the PCOS, because typically you are missing periods... but it is possible
Polycystic ovary syndrome - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

But these symptoms are also things that can happen when there is nothing wrong... endometriosis is very common though, so it is a possibiliy. Only your doctor would be able to tell for sure.
