Can you still ovulate an egg without noticing an LH surge? As in, all the ovulation tests for LH surge come out negative even when I'm pretty sure I'm ovulating.
You may have been testing at the wrong time of the day, your urine may not have had time to concentrate, or you may be ovulating earlier or later on in your cycle than you think. Did you wait after last urinating without drinking anything two hours prior to taking the test? What time of the day did you take the test; I find that around 3pm works best for me. With these factors considered, yes it is highly possible that you are just missing your LH surge. If you are seeing other signs of ovulation such as clear stretchy discharge, achenes on one side, elevated BBT, and changed cervical position then you are probably ovulating just as you think. If I were you, I would stock up on ovulation tests so that you can do them throughout your whole cycle along with this I would chart ovulation signs; fertilityfriend.com is awesome for this. It's probably also a good idea to have intercourse every other day of you cycle in order to ensure that you have been inseminated just in case to do miss your surge. Good luck to you and I hope this helps; I know how frustrating all of this can be and I feel yah girl!
