Depending on how long ago you graduated you should be able to get it at your high school's guidance office. Call the Main Office of the High School to find out for sure.

Send a letter of request to the school. I would write the letter and have it notarized by a licensed notary public . You must sign it in front of the notary. This is how I would handle it if I needed it mailed. Also send a sase envelope.
