I am a 21 yr old male.. for the past year or so I have been having a terrible headache everyday. I was wondering if anybody knew why this might be.

My mom use to get migraine headaches from message, it's found in a lot of prepared foods. Have you went to the doc?

No I have not went to the doctor. I do not have the money nor do I have insurance

Please get your blood pressure checked. High blood pressure can be one of the many causes for bad headaches that often.

My mother had these too, she started having them often in her mid to late 20's. As a result of waiting too many years later to go to the doctor, she had a stroke and has passed. She was 51 when this happened.

Not to scare you, but this is something you need to find a way to the doctor for.

There are a lot of serious conditions that this could be. It could be high blood pressure or a tumor or many other things. These things can be treated more effectively if they are caught early.

Please get it checked out as soon as is possible. You cannot put a price on your health.

You can try going to a community health clinic, some cities have free clinics.
