Go to a PROFESSIONAL. If you don't know what you are doing, you will end up with orange hair or burned off remnants that were once hair.

If your natural color is black, are you sure blonde will compliment your skin tone?

No. just dye your hair

Go to a professional. I am a Cosmetologist. You are literally going from one end of the spectrum to the other. I cannot tell you how many color corrections have come into the salon. For anything major like this, please leave it to the professionals.
