I had unprotected sex a week ago, my very first time. Sunday morning I started feeling sick, my head, stomach, ears, throat, everything! My whole body felt weak. My brother had the same symptoms last week so it was possible I got it from him, but I panicked. Most my symptoms are similar to ones you get during early pregnancy. I'm scared! It wasn't worth it. I'm looking for anyone who's been through a similar situation. Please. :(

When is your period due? Usually you will not have symptoms the first week of pregnancy, it takes a little longer for the hormones to build up.

If your brother was sick, I would say that you have what he had.

**EDIT** If you are not ready to be a mother, you should not be having sex. Now, if you are still going to have sex, it is important that you use protection.

Wait to see if you miss your period. If you do, take a test. But becareful of causing yourself to have psychosematic symptoms. If you think you might be pregnant and you convince yourself you are, you will exhibit symptoms as such. Morning sickness is not the only symptom of pregnancy. I've been pregnant 3 times. Are you always thirsty? Are your nipples sore? Are you tired a lot? Those were consistent with all my pregnancies - being sick wasn't. And besides, if you had sex Sunday and got pregnant it is highly doubtful that you would be experiencing signs and symptoms this early.
