I am a gym rat you might say? I am not the best conversation starter, I am shy. There is a girl that I like there , we have made eye contat, smiled yada yada yada. What would be a good way to start a conversation. :confused:

Oh, I got the PERFECT line, I used this a few months ago:

You go work out near the girl, and you see her use a machine. You walk up to her and ask,

"Hey, I've seen you use that machine... what muscle does it work out? Can you show me?"

Unless she's the world's most frigid b!tch, she'll be all but too happy to show you. Bonus: she'll know full well you're hitting on her and so if she talks to you at all, you're friggin' IN.
