A close family member of mine is having a hair follicle test done.

In the past couple weeks she used heroine, oxycontin, and percosets.

I know hair follicle tests check for 5 classes of drugs including cocaine, meth, opiates etc.

Will this test also determine if she used oxycontin and heroine?

I would imagine these things would show up.

It all depends on exactly what tests they are looking for, they can find any and all of them if they test for them.

Oxycontin and Heroin both show up as Opiates and the lab can break them down to find out exactly what the patient tested positive for (i.e. what the opiate is).

Loratab, oxycontin, percocet will not show up on a hair test... heroin morphine and others will... if it is a 5 panel test... this I'm sure of from my past experiances. If you are still worried about it.. I suggest hair razors . Com stuff is the bomb.. ive used it at least 7 times.. good luck
