My boyfriend have a child with another woman, I believe that the child being neglect and the mother is on some kind of drugs but I'm still keeping my eyes open! Should I do something or call child protective serivces just to be on the safe side that the child is being care for.

What does your boyfriend, the child's father, think? Does he believe the child is not being properly looked after? If he has any serious worries he should be the one to take action not you. You will only end up with the rep of being a trouble maker.
